1. About us
ThePrepWorks is a laser cleaning business operating from Unit 9 Taverners Walk, Leeds LS7 1AH. These terms apply to enquiries submitted through our website and to services provided by ThePrepWorks.
2. Quotes and pricing
All quotes provided are free and non-binding unless confirmed in writing by both parties. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of quoting — if site conditions differ materially from the description, we reserve the right to revise the price before work begins.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Work is confirmed upon written agreement (email confirmation is sufficient). If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to charge for reasonable costs already incurred (e.g. travel, mobilisation) if a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
4. Our work
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. We will inform you of any limitations or risks specific to your project before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural issues that are not visible prior to or during the cleaning process.
5. Your obligations
You agree to: provide accurate information about the job and the surfaces to be cleaned; ensure safe access to the site; inform us of any known hazards; obtain any necessary permissions for work on third-party or listed structures.
6. Liability
ThePrepWorks holds public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
